Blac Chyna Reportedly Accuses Rob Kardashian of Domestic Violence in New Legal Documents

Blac Chyna center and her attorney Lisa Bloom left arrive for a hearing seeking a restraining order against her former fiancee Rob Kardashian on Monday

On Good Morning America Monday morning, Black Chyna opened up to ABC News' Lindsey Davis about why she's made a decision to take legal action against her ex, Rob Kardashian, after he attacked her online and posted nude photos she'd sent him.

The 29-year-old model said she was shocked when Kardashian, 30, posted nude photos of her on his Instagram account last week.

Chyna appeared on Good Morning America on Monday prior to her court appearance, where she said she was "devastated" that Kardashian posted private photos of her.

Chyna said, "I'm just going to get back to co-parenting Dream", referring to her daughter with Kardashian born last November.

According to reports, after Rob put the model on serious blast on social media last week - and even posted naked photos of her without her permission - his mum Kris and his sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian and Kylie and Kendall Jenenr are all very tired about her and considering her a danger to the family.

Bloom said on Friday she had filed for a temporary restraining order against Kardashian on behalf of her client. Like wow. And this is a person that I trusted.

The New York Daily News reports that Chyna claimed in court documents that Kardashian punched her and tore the hinges off a door while she cowered in fear on April 8, and that he had threatened suicide on multiple occasions.

In light of the situation, Chyna has spoken out for victims of cyberbullying.

She spoke out about the photo leak for the first time Monday, stating on "Good Morning America" that she's "devastated". Her attorney Lisa Bloom has accused Kardashian of cyber bullying.

Kardashian did not appear at Monday's hearing.

While Kardashian is not to have contact with Chyna, he will still share custody of Dream. "It's like, if somebody keeps poking at you and poking at you and poking at you, and keep poking at you, eventually you're going to pop", Chyna told reporter Linsey Davis.

Chyna said she and Kardashian split in December and there is absolutely no hope of a reconciliation.

Shapiro will also reportedly "attempt to assure the judge Rob will not post intimate pics of Chyna, nor will he post her medical or other personal information".
