The Latest: Facebook reports killing uploaded, not broadcast live

"I just killed 13 motherf*ckers man". "She's the reason that this is about to happen to you", he said as the older man tried to shield himself with a shopping bag.

Police said they have searched "dozens of locations" for the suspect, Steve Stephens, and tried to convince him to turn himself in when they spoke with him on his cell phone on Sunday after the shooting. The interaction lasted less than a minute. Police say they have not verified any other shootings or deaths.

In the separate video, authorities said Stephens claimed to have killed more than a dozen other people.

Late Sunday night Cleveland police issued a aggravated murder warrant for Stephens, and warned that he could have crossed state lines into Pennsylvania, New York, Indiana or MI. His vehicle is a white Ford Fusion with a temporary tag. The video was posted Sunday afternoon and Facebook later disabled access to it.

The video is likely to reignite a debate about the haunting reach of grisly violence in the Internet age, and follows shocking beatings and killings shared in real time on a global stage.

Now, it's important to note that live-streaming video platforms on the internet are a relatively new medium.

A spokeswoman for the behavior health facility where the suspect in the shooting of an elderly Cleveland man worked says the man underwent an extensive Federal Bureau of Investigation background check before being hired in 2008.

In another video, Stephens can be seen bumping fists and high-fiving other revelers in the street excited about the win.

Green, a former clerk at the Justice Center in Cleveland who is now on disability, said she was confused by her son's words. "Stephens is 6'1", 244 lbs. with a beard and was last seen wearing a dark blue and grey or black striped polo shirt.

Oxford-Cambridge boat race to go on after WWII bomb removed
It was their fourth victory in the past five years although Cambridge still have an overall lead of 82-80. In the women's race , Cambridge posted a record time in destroying Oxford by 11 lengths.

"What happened today is senseless", Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said at a news conference.

"If there's somebody that's helping Steve or think they're helping Steve, they are really not", said Williams.

Stephens claims to have committed multiple homicides, according to police.

Mr Williams said that authorities had put out alerts "in the state of OH and beyond" over the "senseless" incident, and urged people not to approach the suspect, who he said was likely to remain armed and risky.

"Any problems he is having, we can have a conversation", Jackson said. "We take our responsibility to keep people safe on Facebook very seriously, and are in touch with law enforcement in emergencies when there are direct threats to physical safety".

Stephens began filming one of the videos while sitting in his vehicle.

Authorities are telling people in Cleveland, as well as Pennsylvania, New York, Indiana and MI, to be on the lookout for the suspect, 37-year-old Steve Stephens.

Beech Brook spokeswoman Nancy Kortemeyer said Sunday that news of the shooting shocked and horrified the agency.

The incident highlights Facebook's awkward position when it comes to detecting, censoring and removing graphic content on its platform. "We do not have any additional information at this time". The organization confirmed his employment and described him as a quiet guy with a good heart who'd never shown "a sliver" of aggression. The FBI is assisting with a manhunt.
