Here's When Microsoft Could Reveal Its Next Xbox

The Surge Will Support Project Scorpio and PS4 Pro, Not Planned for Switch
Eurogamer's Digital Foundry has confirmed that it will reveal Microsoft's new 4K-ready Project Scorpio console on Thursday, April 6 at 9AM EST (6AM PST).
However, it wouldn't be surprising if Microsoft also held its own, separate Scorpio unveiling apart from E3, as the tech giant wants to drum up as much excitement for Scorpio exclusives given the relatively poor sales performance of the Xbox One.
Apparently, Forza Motorsport 7 will be one of the main titles Microsoft will use to show off the 4K visuals and power of Project Scorpio.
We expect the Redmond giant to reveal more Scorpio titles, including first-party, third-party, and even some indie titles on June 11th. Recent rumors suggest later this week we'll get some news surrounding the console.
The report said that other possible games that could be part of the Project Scorpio line-up are "FIFA", "Madden", and the rumored "Call of Duty: WW2".
Tweets from Jex Corden, editor of Windows Central, as well as reliable gaming industry tipster, Shinobi, Microsoft is planning on announcing some details on the upcoming console this week.
Spencer said the new Xbox would be the most powerful gaming console on the market, support virtual reality technology, and be available by the 2017 holiday season.
What games would you like to play on the Xbox Scorpio?
Forza Motorsport 7 will work at a 4K resolution on Project Scorpio, and if our data is to be trusted, it appears shocking.
Microsoft has released few details on Project Scorpio outside of last year's E3 press conference, which makes giving an early look to Digital Foundry a fairly out of left field move for the company. There is also Star Wars:Battlefront 2 and Red Dead Redemption 2.
E3, of course, will be the big one, especially since the event has been opened to the public this year, so plenty of people who may not know about the Scorpio will be seeing it for the first time. According to the latest rumour we'll be seeing detailed Project Scorpio specs in just two more days.
