"I thought, 'I gotta get to that vehicle'".

Viloria told WPLG that the customer, an off-duty Miami-Dade police officer, seemed fine as she placed the order but when he handed her the bag of food he noticed that she appeared to be having difficulty taking a breath.

He hopped out of the window and ran to her auto, where she had lost consciousness.

"I thought immediately, 'Something's going wrong with that woman now, and I've got to do something to help her, '" he said.

The vehicle began moving forward and that's when Viloria sprung into action.

"If I had to die to save that woman I would have", Viloria said.

Surveillance video shows the SUV narrowly missing another auto before hitting a curb.

The woman's vehicle narrowly missed the auto in front of it and came to a stop against a nearby curb.
