The thought is that with the Galaxy S8 getting on-screen buttons that Samsung may be allowing the user to choose which side of the device they want that home button on.
Insider Evan Blass posted on Monday what seems to be the first real photo of a Samsung Galaxy S8 handset that has been made public (see photo below).
The phone pictured here is the smaller version of Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S8 flagship smartphone duo.
Actual specs and features of the two phones should be by and large the same.
Former All Black Ali Williams in Paris drug arrest Williams, who played 77 Tests from 2002 to 2012, is regarded as one of New Zealand's finest, most athletic locks. A police source told Reuters that they were taken into custody and were expected to be held for up to 24 hours.
Dealing with the aftermath of its disastrous Galaxy Note 7 recall caused Samsung to postpone the Galaxy S8's launch, which typically takes place at the annual Mobile World Congress show. The phones are expected to become available in April.
The Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus will be powered by either a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor or an in-house Samsung Exynos chipset (U.S. version will be Snapdragon), run Android 7.0 Nougat, and include 4 GB of RAM. As is the case with rival phones, the Galaxy S8 supports microSD cards up to 2TB in size, though 256GB is now the largest available capacity. The fingerprint sensor will also be found at the rear of the device along side the camera. Perhaps the most interesting one is the one you see above, which gives us a clear look at the GS8's display and its on-screen navigation buttons, which are Recent Apps, Home, and Back, in that order. The result is a wonderfully sleek design that pushes us closer to realizing the "all-screen" smartphones users have been clamoring for.
A few details that can be noted in the images is that the top bezel is thicker than the lower bezel and the reason for that is that the from camera along with the iris scanner and other sensors are placed there.
However, there are also missing parts in the Samsung Galaxy S8 units, like its 3.5mm headphone jack which seemingly imitating Apple designs. The first was to eliminate a legacy port and free up internal space for other components.
